City of Carrollton
The City of Carrollton is a fourth class city with 3,846 residents per the 2000 census. Carrollton was established in 1838 and is bordered on the west by the Kentucky River and the north by the Ohio River which meet at picturesque Point Park. Carrollton is the county seat of Carroll County.
